The presentation will provide a review of current Safe and Effective Guide content, how the tools and resources of the current SESG have been successfully applied. The application of SESG tools/methods will be presented using the success stories from both presenters. Attendees will also have the opportunity for a sneak peek of the proposed content of the soon to be released 2025 SESG and significant changes to simplify implementation of SESG methodology. Lastly the AARC is in the process of Time Standard Data Collection for the 2025 SESG and information will be provided on how to get started with the survey. There is little doubt that labor resource management is a challenge for everyone in a leadership position and a top consideration for those providing bedside care. This session is intended to demonstrate the value of the SESG in overcoming some of those challenges and providing tools and resources to support providers of respiratory care.
