2015 The Sixth Vital Sign: Tobacco History-Assessment and Action

A brief tobacco intervention needs to be part of routine patient care upon admission or during outpatient visits. Participants will learn how to consistently identify patient tobacco use and conduct an abbreviated intervention for determining follow-up.
