2018 Advanced Modes of Mechanical Ventilation
New modes of mechanical ventilation are frequently added to ventilators without evidence of improved outcomes or efficacy. This webcast will review the newest modes of ventilation with respect to physiologic and clinical outcomes. Proposed advantages will be compared to proven advantages. Cost and complexity of each new technique will also be reviewed.
